From Montparnasse, he feels the need to give him a better burial by taking him away from the grave of his stepfather, General Aupick, the first who censored his stepson, to restore his dignity and let him find rest in a better place, the Père Lachaise cemetery. It is a journey which retraces the places loved and hated by the poet: a need suggested by Charles Baudelaire himself. How to do it, it was impossible to write.
